Why is my invoice not opening?
Here are some reasons why the invoice is not opening.
If the PDF cannot be opened, the following reasons might be responsible:

Your browser's pop-up blocker is preventing the PDF from opening. Please check your browser settings and ensure that the pop-up blocker is disabled. Also, add www.myecohub.ch to the exceptions list.

Your antivirus software or firewall may be set too restrictively, blocking access to websites or documents, including the PDF. Check your security software settings and add exceptions if necessary.

You may need to manually select the default program used to open PDFs. Check your settings and make sure the correct program is selected for opening PDF files.
