Why are no processes or documents displayed in the Processes application?
If no data is displayed in the Processes application, this may be due to the following reasons:

Missing permissions: you need the appropriate permissions in the relevant permission groups (e.g. Invoicing 5.2.1, Commissioning 5.4.1) in order to view processes and their contents. These permissions are assigned in the Admin Panel.

No active DXP connection or no processed documents yet: if your organisation has access to Processes but no connection to the DXP platform exists or no documents have yet been received, the view will remain empty.

If you are unsure, please contact your company’s Member Admin to check or adjust your permissions.
