What do the statuses in the service agreements mean?
This article explains the different statuses of a service agreement.
The service agreements can have the following statuses and meanings:
Active – The service agreement has been accepted by the provider and the user/partner and is active.
Pending – The service agreement has been created and must still be confirmed by the second party, it is not yet active.
Rejected– The service agreement has been declined, reasons must be requested from the provider.
Suspended – The service agreement has been suspended, it is not active.
Discarded – The service agreement will not be processed further.
Update pending – The service agreement has been modified and must still be confirmed by the second party, the changes are not yet active.
