Is the use of the Processes application free of charge?

Yes, the use of the Processes application is currently free of charge for brokers and insurers. This supports digitalisation and standardisation, regardless of the CRM software being used.

If you already use brokerage software that is connected to data exchange via EcoHub and you are receiving all the required data digitally through it, then using EcoHub Processes is not necessary.

Important: Make sure that the technical user (TechUser) is activated only in one system (either the brokerage software or the EcoHub Processes application).

Otherwise, it may happen that only one of the systems will receive the data.
