Set a New Password for Login

1. Verify Mobile Number:
   First, verify your mobile number. If it is incorrect, please inform the Member Admin so they can update it accordingly.

2. Create Password:
   Next, you can set your password. The password must be at least 8 characters long. Only strong passwords are accepted. Use numbers, lowercase and uppercase letters, and special characters to enhance the strength of your password.

Initial Login

1. Login:
   After setting your password, you will be automatically redirected to the “Login” page. Log in with your email address and the password you just created.

2. Enter Code:
   You will be prompted to enter a code. This code is either in your Authenticator App or has been sent to you via SMS.

3. User Agreement:
   After successfully entering the code, the EcoHub User Agreement will be presented for review and acceptance. Please read it carefully and scroll down. At the bottom of the agreement, you can accept it by clicking "Accept."
