I get the message "It appears that you have not yet been provisioned to access the portal" when I click on the insurance portal.

This article explains the possible reasons for this message.

This message can have the following reasons:


Missing authorizations: Your user account does not have the required authorizations. Ask your company's Member Admin to grant you the necessary access rights.


Synchronization failed: The synchronization between your user account and the insurance portal has failed. This must either be restarted by us or checked by the insurance company.

Ongoing synchronization: The synchronization between your user account and the insurance company is still in progress. Depending on the insurance company, this process can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days.
