This article explains how an insurer is informed when there is a new broker on EcoHub.
As soon as a new member (e.g., a broker) has registered on EcoHub and the membership has been confirmed by IG B2B, the member admin of the new member gains access to EcoHub. In order for the member's users to benefit from the platform's services (e.g., access to insurers' portals), organizational units, user data, and service agreements with the relevant providers (e.g., insurers) must first be recorded. Once a service agreement has been created by the broker and sent to the service partner (insurer), the partner will be informed via email and through EcoHub. After the service agreement has been accepted by the service partner (insurer), their services (e.g., access to the insurer's portal) will be available.
