How do I create a service agreement?

Click on Service Agreements → Service Agreements in the left-hand menu.
In the top-right corner, click the blue "Enter" button.
In the field "Service Provider", enter the desired insurance provider. Once the provider is selected, click on "Send Request".

The insurance provider will review your request and decide whether to accept or reject it. The necessary permissions will then be set directly by the insurance provider. This process may take a few minutes or several days, depending on the provider.
