How can I add new users to the Processes application?
1.) Create the new user in EcoHub under Users.
Note: The user must have at least one IG B2B authorization in EcoHub Essentials, e.g. the role “Central”.

2.) After about 15 minutes, the user will also appear in the Processes application.
3.) Open the Admin Panel in EcoHub Processes and select the appropriate authorization group (e.g. Broker User).

4.) Add the user to the group.

Only Member Admins can add and manage new users.
