How is data security regulated?

The data security measures are based on the legal requirements of Switzerland. In addition, Microsoft Azure has implemented comprehensive data security and data protection measures with its cloud-based services that exceed those of most private companies.
Today, most companies use Microsoft Office 365, which is also a Microsoft cloud solution and is based on similar security principles as Microsoft Azure.
As today, business data (DXP) is not stored. Only the master data is stored.
As part of the testing, penetration tests are also carried out to check the security level, and appropriate measures are taken to increase security.
Important: Companies that do not yet use cloud-based solutions should check the handling and implementation of these solutions at an early stage.
