Can I receive a corrected invoice if I removed users afterward?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Our account invoice is generated on a specific date, based on the number of users registered on EcoHub at that time. This number is also carried over to the next year to generate the next account invoice. If users are added or removed during the year, the next invoice will either include a surcharge or a credit. However, the invoice itself will not be corrected. We therefore recommend regularly checking the status of users and making changes as needed.
