Why can't I assign a branch to the user?

This article explains how to assign a user to an organizational unit and what you should pay attention to when doing so.

Select the "Users" menu and then click on the name of the user you want to assign. You will see the status under the name. If this is inactive, the user cannot be assigned to an organizational unit. As soon as you reactivate it, this is possible again.
