What is a service agreement?

This article will explain what a service agreement is and what it is needed for.

For the users of a company to benefit from the services of a provider (e.g., an insurer), an active service agreement must exist between your company and that of the service provider.

Service agreements define the access rights to services (e.g., EcoHub and DXP) and are usually based on existing collaboration agreements between the two companies (e.g., between an insurer and a broker). A new service agreement can be created in the "Service Agreements" menu under "Service Agreements."
