      How can I download in the “Processes” application a file received via the standardised document and data exchange (DXP)?

      If you have received files via EcoHub’s DXP service (standardised document and data exchange), you can view, convert, and download them directly in the “Processes” application.

      Here’s how it works:

      1. In EcoHub, open the “Processes” application and go to the “All Processes” tab.

      2. Find the corresponding process and click on the respective row.

      3. Click on the file name to open the document.

      4. If the PDF does not load immediately, refresh the page (e.g. with F5) and click on the file name again. Wait about 10 seconds.

      5. On the right-hand side, the download button for the file will then appear.

      Note: The file is automatically converted from XML format into a readable PDF.
