      How can I change the authentication method from SMS to Authenticator App?

      • Download an authentication app from the App Store or Google Play Store to your mobile device. Recommended apps are Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.
      • Click on your initials at the top right and select "View profile".
      • Click on "Edit" in the box with the authentication data on the right.
      • Set the item to "Authentication app".
      • Open the Authenticator app on your mobile device.
      • Add a new account with the plus button.
      • Scan the QR code that is displayed on EcoHub.
      • Enter the 6-digit authentication code generated by the Authenticator app on EcoHub.
      • Save the changes.
