In this article you will learn how to reactivate an inactive user.
Log in to EcoHub as a Member Admin. After successfully logging in, click on the "Users" tab located on the left side. Select the user that needs to be reactivated by clicking on the corresponding name. You will now see the user's information. Below the user's name, you will see the status and an "Activate" button underneath. Click on the "Activate" button and confirm the action. The user has now been successfully reactivated and can use EcoHub again.
