Change Password

Do you want to change your password?

1. Click on your initials in the top right corner and select “View Profile.”
2. Scroll down and click on “Edit” to update your authentication details.
3. Click on “Change Password.”

You will be redirected to a page where you can set a new password. Choose a strong password and click on “Continue” to save it.

Reset Password

Did you forget your password?

1. To reset your password, click on “Forgot Password” below the login button.
2. You will be prompted to enter your email address. Then, click on “Send verification code” to have the code sent to you via email.
3. Enter the code you received and click on “Confirm Code.”

You will be redirected to a page where you can set a new password. Choose a strong password and click on “Continue” to save it.

After confirmation, you will receive a code via your authentication app or by SMS, which you will need to enter to access the EcoHub login page.
