      Which authorization groups exist and what do they include?

      There are two main roles:

      • Broker Admin: Has full access to all functions of the Processes application, including user management.

      • Broker User: Can use all functions of the application except the Admin Panel.

      In addition, there are process-specific authorization groups, e.g.:

      • Invoicing 5.2.1

      • Provisioning 5.4.1

      • Etc.

      Only users with the corresponding authorization can see the respective processes and documents in the Processes or Files section.

      Permissions can be restricted in a targeted way. For example, if a user should not have access to commission statements, they must not be assigned to the authorization group Provisioning 5.2.1/5.4.1.
