      How does the conversion of XML files into PDFs work?

      The Processes application automatically converts structured XML data into readable PDFs, allowing you to review and forward content such as invoices or commissions even without specialist software. This also applies to XML files from insurers not directly connected but obtained from insurers’ portals.

      Conversion procedure:

      1. In EcoHub, open the “Processes” application.

      2. Click on the “Files” tab.

      3. At the top right, click on “Upload file”.

      4. Select the file on your computer and click “Open”. The file will now appear in the list.

      5. Click on the file name you want to convert.

      6. Click on the small button at the bottom left to move the file into the PDF view.

      7. If the PDF does not appear within 10 seconds, refresh the page (e.g. with F5) and click on the file name again.

      8. On the right-hand side, the button to download the PDF file will then appear. If it is not immediately visible, refresh the page again.
