How can I, as an insurer, set up a maintenance notification?

Navigation:
Click on Service providers on the left, then in the center on the row with the name of your company.
On the right, under Maintenance Settings, select the option Edit.

Activate Maintenance Mode:
Set the toggle switch to Maintenance mode and turn it to ON.

Select the Message Type:
With “Announcement”, the maintenance message becomes visible when the logo is clicked. With “Critical”, access to the insurance portal will be blocked.

Plan the message:
Define a timeframe for maintenance or enable/disable the mode manually.

Important:
Enter the maintenance message in all languages and save it. Without this step, the maintenance message cannot be saved.
