In the Processes application, two views are available: “My Processes” and “All Processes”. They differ as follows:

My Processes: shows all processes assigned to you as a user, usually because you were the first person to perform an action in the process (e.g. downloading or deleting a document). This view makes it easy to quickly access your most recently handled processes.

All Processes: shows all processes available to your company, regardless of which user they are assigned to. This provides you with a complete overview of all active processes within your organisation.
